Who is this course for?
The course is for training purposes only. It is to be used to assist the student in learning about confined spaces and the requirements associated with them on Government Construction Projects. This course is not intended as a substitute for experience, however the information learned throughout the course will assist the student in recognizing dangers and solutions to Confined Spaces. This course is for anyone who is part of a confined space team or individuals working on Government Construction sites where confined space work is part of the contract. This course incorporates requirements from:
- EM 385 1-1, Section 34,
- 29 CFR 1910.146
- ANSI, Safety Requirements for Confined Spaces.
It was amazing how much useful information was packed into each small section. Very efficient!
