We all know accidents happen. To us, and to anyone. Some accidents can lead to pain, and some can lead to serious injuries, or even death. So, it’s really important
to understand why accidents happen. Unless we understand the “why” we’re almost guaranteed to make them again and again. Accidents on USACE, NAVFAC, and many state operated construction projects have regulations and requirements which must be followed when when investigating and reporting accidents.

Good Topic for any SSHO

Good course, great info! Easy to follow along and very basic. I would have like to see more detail about the root cause analysis investigation, I think that would be helpful information for junior SSHO's.
